Beta
Can I sign up today?
Yes. The Free tier is open during the Beta window, admin-approved at signup. Click Sign up at the top of any page to start.
When do paid tiers open?
01 July 2026. Basic and Pro billing opens then. Until that date, only the Free tier is active.
What does admin-approved signup mean?
During Beta we approve new accounts manually so the Free tier scales sensibly. The check is usually same-day and we email you when you are in. After 01 July 2026 signup is self-serve.
Is the product real or is this just a landing page?
The product runs. One deduplicated pool of manager-and-above roles, six countries live (more on toggle), hybrid keyword and semantic scoring, an application tracker, scheduled searches, a Chrome extension. The marketing site is the front door; the product is built.

What roles do you cover?
Manager and above. The grades surfaced include Manager, Senior Manager, Director, VP, SVP, Chief, Head of, and General Manager. Everything below the floor is filtered out.
Which countries do you cover at launch?
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, New Zealand. Many more on one-toggle expansion.
I work outside those countries. Can I still apply?
Yes. Your physical location does not restrict your list.
Do you list remote roles?
Yes, when employers post them as remote. Filter for remote, hybrid, or on-site at the search level.
How the score works
What does the score actually measure?
A composite of five dimensions: level, function, sector, geography, and language match between your CV and the role specification.
Why show the breakdown? Other tools just show one number.
At this level you deserve to see the math. 75 overall with 92 on level and 50 on geography is a different decision than 75 on a flat scale.
Does the score consider salary?
No. Salary is rarely visible at the manager-and-above cut. You can filter and sort by listed salary where disclosed.
Can I see roles below my threshold?
Yes. The score ranks. It does not exclude.
What if my score feels wrong?
Open the breakdown. The five dimensions show the reasoning. If one dimension reads wrong, the fix is usually in your CV phrasing or your preferences.
How the app works
How fresh is the list?
Refreshed within hours of being posted by the employer.
How does the auto-fill extension work?
A Chrome extension you install once. When you click Apply on a role inside the app, the extension opens the employer’s application page and fills the form. You review, confirm, and submit. We never submit on your behalf. Available 01 July 2026.
Do you work with Edge or Firefox?
Not at launch. On the roadmap.
Do you write my cover letter?
Yes. We draft a letter grounded in your CV and the role spec. Five named tones: direct fit, company hook, market, honest location, warm. You edit before sending.
Can I ask the product questions about my search?
Yes. An assistant is docked on every screen, with 200+ guided question paths across profile, search, gaps, application prep, and tracker analytics. It answers from your actual data. Direct answers are free with a daily cap; narrated and judgement reads come with the paid tiers.
Do you handle the application for me?
No. You apply on the employer’s site, with the extension typing for you. We never submit on your behalf.
Privacy and confidentiality
Can my current employer find out I am looking?
We do not contact employers. We do not publish your profile. The only people who know you are looking are the ones whose seats you choose to apply for.
Who sees my data?
Your CV, preferences, and application history sit in your account. Not sold, syndicated, or shared.
Where is my data stored?
Managed Postgres database in London, daily encrypted backups.
Do you train AI models on my CV?
No. Scoring runs locally on our server, no LLM API call. Optional narrated assistant reads send the minimum input to a third-party model and never opt your data into training.
What happens to what I upload to the free tools?
Processed in memory and discarded. We do not retain them.
How do I delete my account?
From settings. One click, like cancel. Your data is removed within 90 days of cancellation (Privacy section 5).
Pricing and billing
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Free keeps the search, per-role scoring, and per-role gap analysis open, with 10 active tracked jobs on rolling slots. Untrack one to free a slot. No card required.
What do the paid tiers add?
Basic ($25/mo) unlocks unlimited tracking, batch scoring and gap analysis, the resume builder, five-tone cover letters, scheduled searches with the email digest, and narrated assistant reads. Pro ($45/mo) adds the judgement-level assistant reads and priority support.
Do new accounts get a trial?
Yes. New accounts get 30 days of Basic while billing activates.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. From settings, one click.
What we do not do
Do you have a resume builder?
Yes, and it is not the commodity kind. Twenty professional templates rendered from your structured profile as native Word files that open cleanly in Word, Google Docs, and Pages. Free accounts preview; export is Basic and above.
Do you offer auto-apply?
No, and we will not. The extension types for you. You review and submit. Machine-submitted applications get flagged by employer ATS systems and burn your candidacy.
Do you connect me with recruiters?
No. We are paid by you, not by recruiters.
What if the list is short this week?
Then it is short. We do not pad it.
