01What this covers

03Product analytics (consent-required)

We use an EU-region product-analytics provider to measure how the Service is used (pageviews, feature usage, signup-CTA clicks). These analytics cookies are non-essential and are loaded only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner.

Cookie setPurposeDuration
Product-analytics distinct-id and session cookies (set by our provider on .yournextseat.com)Stitches your anonymous visits across the marketing site and the app so the analytics view is consistentUp to 12 months

If you reject analytics in the banner, none of these cookies are set. If you accept and later change your mind, use the Cookie preferences link in the footer to update your choice.

04Server error monitoring

We monitor server errors to keep the Service running smoothly. Error monitoring does not use cookies and does not capture personal data: only the request path, HTTP method, response status, and an anonymised user identifier are recorded in server logs.

05Cookies at checkout

When you reach the checkout page for a paid plan, our payment processor may set strictly necessary cookies to operate the transaction and prevent fraud. These cookies are governed by the payment processor’s own cookie notice, which is linked from the checkout page.

07Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. You can also change your analytics choice at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Clearing our essential cookies will log you out; the Service will still function but you will need to sign in again. You can revoke individual trusted-device cookies from Account → Sessions.

08Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honour the Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC) signal where applicable. Since we do not track you across sites for advertising purposes, no behavioural data is collected to suppress.

09Browser extension storage

Any Your Next Seat browser extension uses chrome.storage.local (device-local storage, not cookies) to cache form-fill profile data on your device. This data does not leave your browser and is not transmitted to us as cookies.

10Changes

We may update this policy as our cookie use changes. Material changes update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where a new non-essential cookie is introduced, are accompanied by a fresh consent mechanism.
