This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by Your Next Seatand the Paddle checkout used for paid plans. It supplements the Privacy Policy.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, third-party behavioural cookies, cross-site tracking, or fingerprinting.

We use an EU-region product-analytics provider to measure how the Service is used (pageviews, feature usage, signup-CTA clicks). These analytics cookies are non-essential and are loaded only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner.

If you reject analytics in the banner, none of these cookies are set. If you accept and later change your mind, use the Cookie preferences link in the footer to update your choice.

When you purchase or manage a paid plan, our reseller and Merchant of Record Paddle.comoperates the checkout and customer portal and may set its own strictly necessarycookies to process the transaction and prevent fraud. These are governed by Paddle’s own cookie and privacy notice.

Under EU GDPR and UK GDPR/PECR, consent is required for non-essential cookies. The product-analytics cookies in Section 3 are non-essential, so we show a banner with equal-prominence Accept and Reject all / Necessary onlybuttons. Until you accept, no non-essential cookie is set. The essential cookies in Section 2 and the strictly-necessary checkout cookies in Section 4 are exempt from the consent requirement because the Service cannot function without them.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. You can also change your analytics choice at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Clearing our essential cookies will log you out; the Service will still function but you will need to sign in again. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may prevent the Service or checkout from working.

We honour the Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC) signal where applicable. Since we do not track you across sites, no behavioural data is collected to suppress.

Any Your Next Seat browser extension uses chrome.storage.local (device-local storage, not cookies) to cache form-fill profile data on your device. This data does not leave your browser and is not transmitted to us as cookies.

We may update this policy as our cookie use changes. Material changes update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where a new non-essential cookie is introduced, are accompanied by a consent mechanism.
